Awesome. They had a "ride" at the fair in Ottawa several years back called the "reverse bungie" which was essentially this. It only lasted a few days before a ride operator failed to properly connect a guy and the ride became a literal slingshot, killing the unfortunate customer.

sorry to partially eclipse the excellence of MT's knock-out punch, but very quickly I wanted to boast that I made it all the way to the Wuh-Wuh-Windows rap / strip tease section before going down in a burst of flames, not only stopping the video but closing explorer. all tabs lost in the catastrophe. i think i've recovered, but i'm still a little shaky

Yea, I never had that kind of stuff in my rediculous amount of bio/cellular bio classes in college. I might have actually learned something if I did.

I could totally see massively multiplayer game based in inner-space. You could literally train future biologists while they learned the intricacies of the game. Unfortunately, they would probably fail high school math and physics while they learned advanced cell biology.
