    Nice, I used to practice Jow Ga but had to stop because of a bad back. There was a school from Chicago that was at a lot of the events we'd go to that was compeletely bad ass... I'm not sure if it was Wushu but it's close to the forms in the video. My favorite is the rope dart, I've seen some people do some amazing stuff with that.
