VBS1 Lite: Hostage Rescue AAR

OK, last one for the day... I worked last night, gamed all day, to bring you buys this stuff... got to get some sleep before work tonight, lol...

This is the 2nd mission in the VBS1 Lite:

Hostage Rescue

We move out to the ambush area:

I keep them in a wedge formation at first, to protect our flanks:

The first truck goes by, thats not our target, we let it go:

a second truck goes by, still not our target:

Got some citizens walking on our flanks, got to keep an eye on them too:

Theres a re target, I order the guys in a line formation for maximum power, and to stay in a prone, safer that way:

I order the Fire command:

as usual, the squad decides to low crawl to the target without my permission:

After we have cleared the ambush area of all threats, I order them to stand up, we move to-wards the hostage for the rescue part:

There he is, hey buddy...come with us, we know where the local Burger King is:

We move back to transport, wedge formation, hostage in tow:

We mount up, mission complete, and he never even thanked us:

My Stats:

GOOD NIGHT!

Nice shots, is it possible for the hostage to not be in the last truck?

Re: VBS1 Lite: Hostage Rescue AAR

no, I did the mission three times...he's always in the same truck but random things did seem to happen... once I shot the truck up, it blew up and he died, unk how... the next time we got to him and another truck load of bad guys pulled up and engaged us... third was a nice and simple rescue.

In due time Munchkin... and why the hell haven't I seen you in SWAT yet!
