Re: Baby Picture....
funny thing that...The dude I bought it off of at www.gunbroker.com threw it in with the purchase and I don't see a brand name on it at all. The FFL guy that helped me with the transfer thought it was a Fobus. I do like it so far and have worn it a dozen times or so.

One of the questions is if you are a citizen or permanent resident. I assume there must be restrictions on immigrants or they wouldn't ask the question.
Here is dl link for the form in WA: http://www.dol.wa.gov/forms/652010.htm
I found this thread where they are discussing this question as well:http://www.grasmick.com/board/?topic=topic1&msg=6907
One of the best sources for current gun laws is the NRA. Even if you don't agree with their politics it is still the most current, easy to read compilation of gun laws.New to TG? Start here!

It doesn't look like a Fobus, I have one of those. Perhaps a Comp-Tac? I've heard good things about them...

Re: Baby Picture....
I done some research. Looks like you can carry concealed weapons in Michigan. I bet Moore is upset about that

Re: Baby Picture....
Many states have changed their laws in recent years. Cing might know more than me, but I suspect it is a sort of backlash against the pointless "assault weapon" ban. (uh oh, now I've done it.)

Re: Baby Picture....
I think it was a backlash, combined with the incredible success of Florida's "shall issue" law. Everyone thought that more guns would equal more crime when in fact the opposite happened. Violent crime decreased drastically once people were allowed to defend themselves.

Something bugged me about your post, and I kept meaning to go back to read it again and I simply never got around to it. Then I read an article in a professional journal at work and that convinced me to dig up this post.

You might also look at this silencer and tell me what in the world a non-criminal might do with one...
