where do you live? I'd like to know where you can have a license for a silenced gun, out here (and I thought everywhere) a silencer is a felony

I know it says that but, somewhere on an official site i saw where some state you are allowed to buy one, but you have to do all kinds of things to get it, including stating the intention of using it, which most people cant pass

I could never be a lawyer, the whole defending the guilty and suing people for nor good reason just doesn't sit well with me
