Re: The Evolution of Consoles
It's hard to dispute that logic, but the fact is that Clean Sweep is a pacman variant. If you look closely at the box, you can see the maze and the dots.

Re: The Evolution of Consoles
In the past month, I've been to 7 GameStops about 30 times (looking for another Wiimote), and every one of them has had PS3s in stock at one time or another while I was there.

Re: The Evolution of Consoles
PS3 is suffering from the lack of games and the steeper price tag, especially compared to the wii. Right now the only games worth buying are Resistance and Madden.
There are rumors that Sony is looking at releasing two more versions. a price friendly blu-rayless version and a supped version with * Anti-vibration mechanism for the Blu-ray disc drive. * 512MB XDR memory. * Advanced power supply unit. * Two HDMI connectors to divide audio and video data. This version is geared more towards home entertainment than game console and will obviously carry a heavier price tag. I'm still waiting to see what happens. Sony has invested too much to simply drop the console, so it is really up to the game developers and whether or not Sony decides to go with the Blu-rayless version. PS3.net (so take with a grain of salt) says that Sony reports selling 1 million ps3s in North America between launch and the 2nd week of January while Microsoft sold 600,000 units over the same time frame.
