Update 2.4 out....Almost!

If you have not heard rumors or seen the blogs about the new version 2.4 Update that is...err was out then you should check out what features are in store for you.

Unfortunately shortly after it's release on July 2nd it was reported to have problems and removed.... You can still download it from a few spots on to a media card and load it form that but that is completely up to you....

Here is where you can read about what features are in 2.4 including the TROPHY section similar to XBox awards...and the in game XMB where you can now open up your XMB within a game...oh and a clock on your XMB...LOL!

I am testing it on my system and have had no problems as of yet.... But some people have had problems so BEWARE!

I got it directly from Sony when the update was released. Then I found out they pulled it for now cause so many were complaining about it. Seems a little unstable on my PS3. Hard to explain but things just seem to be running a little slower all around. BF:BC now hangs really bad but still that may be an EA issue not the Sony 2.4 update.
A lot of the features I do like so far. Just gotta wait to see if they release another update soon to care of issues other people seem to be having.

Yea I hear ya.... I am just glad they are still working on things...I hear the XBox 360 hasn't had an update in a long time...

What else would be nice to see them work on?

Well, 2.41 is out now, this didn't last long, haha.

2.41 has the same thing. I guess it solves some issues :P
