    Mouse & Keyboard

I know the PS3 has USB slots and Blu Tooth which match a bunch of keyboards and mouse out there. Does anyone here know if I can use them to play games with? In particular FPS games? There are several FPS games (Resistence 2, Killzone 2) that I would really like get but I have such a hard time using the controller to play it is just not enjoyable for me like that.

Anyone else know for sure? I do not want to drop a lot of $$$ on a game that I can not play.

    Thanks!

I was wondering why I haven't seen you playing any FPS games on there. I would have thought for sure I'd see you playing Battlefield.
Well, you have two options that I know of. The first one is the FragFX . This is a controller dongle for your left hand(like a wii nunchuck) that lets you walk around and a mouse and pad for aiming. Here is a link where you can get one. http://www.gogamer.com/viewproduct.h...&extid=Froogle
And here is a link to Ign's review of the product http://gear.ign.com/articles/799/799262p1.html

Now The other option you have is what is called a XFPS Rateup adapter. This is a adapter that lets you plug in your own keyboard and mouse to the ps3 and map any control from any game to where every you want on your M&K. Here is the link to their website which has video's and any info you may want on the product.

Now I have considered both of these myself, but just kept putting off my spending the cash. I eventually got used to the controller.

I hope this helps you out some Greasy.

With the exception of FragFX or other controllers emulating support, the game requires kb/mouse support.

Ah interesting, I figured it was not a simple issue. Will look into those options and thanks for the feedback!

I talked to some friends and they say the Frag FX is the way to go. 2 of them had the other device and said it wasn't worth the money. They all swear by the Frag FX.
