Re: So. I got a PlayStation 3.
Hmmm, was planning on getting it get it on PC anyway (Hope it really gets big here on TG, seems like a perfect combo of tactics, god communication and fast and furious FPS play, that really suits what we're about here on TG).

Re: So. I got a PlayStation 3.
GTA4, MGS4 and MGS Online are what I am waiting for right now.
I am also hoping that next year's sports games continue to build off of this year's versions. I picked up NCAA football but there were still just a few too many problems to fully enjoy it. Unfortunately that seemed to be the case with both hockey and soccer as well so I held off this year in hopes of EA getting it right next year. I'm not holding my breath, however, considering EA's knack to take a step forward in one department of a sports game and 1 or 2 or even 3 steps back in other parts of the same game.

Re: So. I got a PlayStation 3.
Just finished Uncharted and was very impressed. I recommend anyone with access to a PS3 should play it.

Re: So. I got a PlayStation 3.
I just finished it the other day too and agree. EXCELLENT game. I watched a lot of the bonus content videos and was quite impressed with some of the things they accomplished with the PS3 in this game. It's nice to see developers starting to tap into the real power of the PS3.

Re: So. I got a PlayStation 3.
Omg, don't support prologue, if you wanna pay enough money for a full game and get a half game, go ahead. Sony is spending time on releasing half a game rather than working on finishing the full game. Online? About time. What about customization? Oh they took that out? Sorry, I'm not gonna support this. You can, but I won't.

Re: So. I got a PlayStation 3.
The one bad thing I'll say about the PSN is if you enter in credit card information, it will save it to your account, even if you don't want it to. However you can assign a password on checkout, which I do. But my dad got pretty mad when he found his credit card information saved there after one purchase.
On a side note, I picked up Unreal Tournament 3, it'll give you this crap story about how you're in war and try to make everything that makes Unreal Tournament, Unreal into something more realistic (which doesn't work). I am having fun online with other people. Anything above the regular deathmatch is kinda nice.

Re: So. I got a PlayStation 3.
I just picked up my 80gb PS3 the other day. Online registration is the usual name and address stuff that we deal with just about anytime we register a PC game online or similar, so it's no big deal. I bought Uncharted based on the comments in this thread and I am very pleased with it. I also preordered GTA4 and I will be picking up GT 5 Prologue when it comes out also. All in all I am very happy with the system. It's much more versatile than the 360 or Wii. the ability to swap HDDs along with Bluetooth and a lot of USB compatibility make for a very flexible system. The BluRay is nice also now that HD DVD is pretty much dead.
