Voice chat in games on the PS3
Guys, what are you using for headsets? How is the support in game for voice communications, and how does it work?
I read in a review that R6 Vegas is a bit buggy with voice chat, is this true? Is the game playable with voice chat?
How about Resistance?

You can use either a bluetooth or USB headset. Bluetooth being a little less solid, but way more convenient. I only used VOIP for the warhawk beta, and it worked well enough.

Re: Voice chat in games on the PS3
I use a bluetooth headset from Anycom. It was the only one I could find locally and I got it at CompUSA. http://www.anycom.com/products/bluet...&partno=CC3300
The only games I've used it with are R6 vegas and Need for Speed and if I play online for a couple of hours or so, the voice starts to get choppy. A reboot of the system seems to fix it. My only gripe is there isn't a push to talk function so if you get some kid eating cheetos or blasting music on the other end it gets pretty damn annoying. The fix for that is to just have a few friends and lock out the room.

I've used my USB for chatting on the PSN but when i tryed to talk in COD4 it just doesnt make sense, u just hear a muffled "hello" which is probly what the other people are hearing to, i dont know if the new patch improved anyting, but if you have cod4 i dont think its worth using voip atm.
