Need a bit of info if ya would
Mashtuur 16 player map.
2 bridges (north and south). On the west bank of the south bridge there are two buildings that run northward. Is there a ladder up to the roof on these?
Does each side have a tank?

Each side has a tank. Both spawn at the southernmost flags. US at South East, MEC at South West. Now, if the US gets to that South West flag first, no tank will spawn until the MEC turns the flag to their side. Same is true with MEC and South East flag. Most buildings have ladders, but not all. Can't speak specifically about the buildings you are talking about (not sure which ones you are talking about). You can of course parachute down onto the top of any building, it's worth getting onto some that have no ladders.
