Jets easily go to higher altitudes than helos. By far.

I think it was on Mashtuur City so their were no jets available to take it down. Has anyone else notice when you shoot someone parachuting they just disappear?

what im saying is that helos hover. if i jet gets that high, draw distance is 0 and they are going really fast. they have a really high chance of getting lost and stalling

I gotta plead guilty to that one. Just dropped my squad in once though, on one flag. Then we got it back tenfold a bit later while defending the same flag.

I would think HALO insertions are fine. Realistic? Sorta. Problem is, just using a jet for HALO is BAD! BAD! BAD! Couldn't that vehicle be better utilized? I miss the AC-130 in DC! That thing was awesome for jumping out of!

Being attacked by a squad using the HALO thing is really confusing. One second your standing there and all is good, the next second there is enemy infantry all over the place. If this is tactic is done properly and organised it can be very disorientating for defenders.
