Assets locations?
OK - perhaps the answer I'll get is "get on the maps in singleplayer or start your own LAN and look"
but I'm gonna ask anyway: I just started playing Spec Ops and like it a lot. One thing I really like is creating havoc by keeping the enemy artillery, radar, etc. down. My question: is there a collection of maps somewhere that will show me the location of these assets, for both sides. on each map? Just to save some time when I get to a map on which I haven't yet played Spec Op.

The best place to start is with ATC which is one of the stickies at the top of the BF2 - Tactics and Mission Discussion. It is not the End all Be all, but its a good start.
Otherwise, the Prima guide and then just messing around in Single Player.
