I typically play assault when there are buggies around, thinking of ways to counter my own tactics. I've gotten pretty good at hitting them in the side or rear. Or top, when I'm ambushing from a rooftop.

With the AT kit, you pretty much have to make a direct hit with a rocket on a buggy to damage it (which is certainly possible), but you're much less effective against infantry. And shouldn't the ATs be concentrating on the enemy armor anyway?
AT's good for distance, when you see the buggy going in line with you (to or away). Not good for cross-travel, as they go too fast and it's hard to gauge the lead. I love sitting in ambush as an AT at, say, the Oil Plant gas station, watching as a full buggy comes zipping in and pulling to a stop outside. Before everyone manages to get out, I send my little welcome present and send everyone around the vehicle flying.

My biggest weakness as a Mad Buggy Driver (TM) is that I can't resist a cheap bumper kill. I managed to get 3 lined up yesterday somewhere. (Can't remember if it was in the scrim. Probably not.) I so wish there was a badge for that.
