My roommate laid out a great ambush a while ago,
1 Squad, with two spec-ops and the rest AT personel.
1 Bridge
A squadron of enemy (armored)vehicles
They planted C4 at the beginning and end of the bridge and waited for first vehicle to come to the end, this way they blew up the first and the last of the pack, the other tanks etc had nowhere to go (bridge is destroyed) and they were finished off with the AT-rockets or carbines when they got out.
I really loved this technique, i takes some time, but the advantage is that they are damn scared of anyhing resembling a bridge, can't cross the bridge anymore and most of their armor is temporarely out of order.

Neat trick: On the bridges with a two-tier superstructure, you can climb down onto the catwalk and place charges underneath. You will need 4-5 packs on the underside of the roadway to get a guaranteed demolition.
