Mouse freezing problem
I can start up PoE2 fine and use the server browser to join servers fine too. But when I join the server my mouse just freezes. It does this with every server.

Your controls.con file associated with that user account got wiped. To fix either copy that file over from a different profile or when in game reset your controls to default which will create the data in that file again. See this topic for more info:
