Vista PB Issues
Hello everyone! Recently I decided to give PR try. After messing around on a training server for a bit, I suddenly was kicked for a PB issue. I ran PB setup and played for a few more min then I was kicked with another PB issue. Here is a screen shot:
I looked into the problem and it asked if I had Acer parts, which I don't, and whether I have video capture programs. I do have WeGame installed, but I never turn it on.
Any help is well appreciated!

Try this first, Delete the PB folder and all it's contents from BF2 install location:
C:/program files/ea games/battlefield 2/pb
Then install http://websec.evenbalance.com/downlo...oad.php?file=1
If this fails uninstall game, from control panel, reinstall, this time install without the Punkbuster option at setup, then when installed:
Then install http://websec.evenbalance.com/downlo...oad.php?file=1

the PB Updater tool has solved alot of PB errors for me in Vista as well as XP (have been going back and forth).

PBSetup isn't working. I'll do a reinstall. Should I reinstall PR too?

Thank you for the PM UK-Warrior. I did a reinstall and then updated tot he new release of PR. I joined the server, encountered another PB error, then ran PB setup. All is find and I was able to get my first taste of PR. Thank you!
