BF2 wont launch, help please!!!!
Ok a few days ago i adjusted my BF2 screen resolution settings, I was trying out differant ones until i came to one that caused my monitor to go black and say 'Out of Range' (my monitor is a ViewSonic VA1926w) but the BF2 music was still there, Anyway i pressed Alt+Tab which was the only way to get out of BF2, I was trying and trying to get the picture back on but nothing worked so i uninstalled and reinstalled BF2, I now have a new problem, I go to launch BF2 or Spec Forcesand the screen goes black for a few seconds then it just goes back to desktop with no error messages or anything!!
PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Ok right click on the Bf2 shortcut, properties and add this to the target line)
"C:\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx **** +szy ****
*= Your desktop screen Res Ie mine is 1920x1200
IE:
"C:\Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1920 +szy 1200

Ok thanks but i already worked it out myself it was the screen refresh rate being too high.
