I just wanted to suggest something for the join squad script. I haven't been able to see it so I don't know if it encompasses this. What if the script didn't make any kicks until the server had a certain number of players. In other words, it leaves unassigned players in the game unless there were, say, only 2 slots left.
This could be a generic script that enables all kicking scripts, including ping and idle.

Players who are not in a squad are unable to receive orders or communicate verbally with other players. They are not interested in teamwork, and are therefore not welcome on our servers. Therefore, there would be no reason to wait to kick them until the server was almost full.
