Re: How to use BattleRecorder
Is there any way to cut a Battlerecorder file, so it starts where you want it to? It's a pain in the butt if you need a scene from the very end of a BFR file, then you have to watch it all the way through, and if you're not satisfied with your shot you have to start over, not to mention wanting the same scene from multiple angles. Must also be a drag for admins trying to catch a cheater/glitcher whatever, having to watch literally hours of footage, if it's towards the end of a full game. Even though you can "fast" forward, it still takes alot of time.
It must be possible to cut BFR files so you can start from certain points?
You can't even set it to forward and alt-tab, 'cause then it pauses...Last edited by Gore; 07-01-2011 at 03:53 AM.

Re: How to use BattleRecorder
Not possible. If you search these forums for battlerecoder you'll find a few threads with posts explaining why not. There is a command however that lets you put bookmarks in your demo file, but since they aren't discussed anywhere i doubt they are useful.

Re: How to use BattleRecorder
I've heard that the program BattleLauncher still works and should allow for recording efforts.
Just be warry you might have to reinstall the game as it plays around with a .con that PB will kick you for.Admin: "Alright so Muttrah Skirmish will be on now and then we'll forward it to Ramiel."

Re: How to use BattleRecorder
Just make a backup of that .con file and replace the modified version with it when you want to play online.
