Discussion: PR:BF2 / PR:BF2 - Technical Support & FAQs - how to deform a players body as in the videos? - How do you do this? It has something to do with switching kits and reviving
How do you do this? It has something to do with switching kits and reviving and I can't get it to work. It was explained in threads about videos, but I connat find that topic again. It makes the soldiers run around all weird.
There was also a trick about being close to a plane when dieing/respawning.
Re: how to deform a players body as in the videos?
i believe it happens when someone dies and someone else picks up thier kit. The other kit they used is a bit farther than the body and they are revived with no kit.
Re: how to deform a players body as in the videos?
Continuing with what Drunken said, you have to quickly flip back and forth between the two kits while walking away to make the kit gain distance from the corpse. Then you come back and revive them.

Re: how to deform a players body as in the videos?
I've never had it happen to me, but some people say it's just the HUD. You can't switch to other weapons either, but once you walk over another kit it auto equips it. So, I've heard at least.
Re: how to deform a players body as in the videos?
Hmm i've tried switching kits - can switch 4 times while walking back and revive but it has no result . Maybe the person killed has to be the medic. Thanks for helping me out.
Re: how to deform a players body as in the videos?
Get on a high wall/ledge of a high building, die, your body slowly falls down over the edge while your kit remains on top of the building, revive at the bottom and that should work.

I sure want to check that. I wonder if they run around like a chicken because they lost their kits, are they at increased risk of getting infected with H5N1?
Bravo Microsoft, you have now surpassed EA in poor decisions and once and for all seized the crown for the worst 'Reveal' ever. That EA were standing there on the stage with you when you did it was...

It is not often that I encounter across myself when researching a topic. I found the following in a recent article on the uses of ethnography in virtual environments:
