banned from Tactical Gamer servers
A few days ago i was trying to connect to the PR BF2 Tactical Gamer server
and it said i had been banned "because of an Admin decision or excessive teamkilling". I had never played their before and am wondering what's up

Sounds like you were kicked while loading to make room for a supporting member. You're definitely not on our banlist. Please check out this link, specifically the 2nd screenshot under #2.
If you try to reconnect when the server's under 62 players, you'll be able to reconnect.Beatnik
