Street can handle up to 50 people and there is a crashed BH on the MEC side.
On a map like that no AT of any kind is the proper course but enforcing that, given language barriers, should be on a case by case basis.

Thats a good point about language
If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have obviously failed to plan properly.
