You need to be a supporting member to become a member of an IHS and then they need to accept your application. The irregulars are the exception where you don't need to be a supporting member to join them but you still have to be accepted.

|TG-69th| is quite a long tag, and it probably won't fit.

I would just make a new account, yes. Simple is best!

Common mistake when people make a new account is they add a space between thier name and the tag. If you do this it will say the character cannot be used.

ex: |TG-69th| Caleb / |TG-69th|Caleb

Only problem now is that I am waiting for the server to "catch up" to my new key hash.....

......... can't seem to get into the "loaded server", only when it is not full...........

Don't forget that when you change your account you need to change the BF2 player-ID in your profile here... otherwise you won't get your reserved slot for SM.

You need to update your profile on the TG site now that you're playing on another account name. Visit this link:

http://www.tacticalgamer.com/profile.php?do=editprofile

then scroll down to the BF2 Player ID Box, then copy and paste this in:

176896210

It's your new Player ID Number, assuming you made a new account named |TG-69th|Caleb. I found it by typing in your name on BF2s.com and coming up with this page, which supplies your new PID shown above.
