    Cluster bombs are going to be banned in 8 years if I'm correct and all countrys are "required" to dispose of them (my guess is a lot just overly abuse theirs in war instead)

    Would rather keep to the air strikes having to be called in as well, keep it as realistic as possible..

    Nah, it applies to all "Noncombatants, combatants who have laid down their arms, and combatants who are hors de combat (out of the fight) due to wounds, detention, or any other cause..."

    A squad medic who has laid down his/her arms to help another soldier falls under the category of "combatants who have laid down their arms"

    yes but ingame the medic still carry his weapon so he is a combatant (IMO) also the platoon medic in the unit I served in was told he was a soldier first then a medic, so first we kill the enemy then treat the wounded...

    Does anyone know (i prob should check the realitymod forums but im a bit lazy) if there has been any talk about the Paladin Arty system? or mobile tracked arty? I know it could cause some problems with lag and bring back the bf2 vanilla side..but it could be interesting....unless of course the shells would vanish after a few hundred or so meters.

    Or if there is any talk of the Avenger Humvee (AA Missile System Humvee with .50 Cal Machine Gun) making another appearance I remember seeing one on either .4 or .5 on a map that was huge with a MEC airfield in the lower SW corner, it was very rocky terrain, I can't remember the name of it.

    I thought It was a nice touch, It would be great on Kashan, and that way the Bradley could be used as a possible AA gun and also a troop carrier......which would be nice....Or even if the AT Bradley was put into effect as a troop transport with ATGM TOW Capability.

    Well, according to the news, 109 countries just banned the cluster bombs today. The only two countries that didn't agree were the US and Israel...

    It 's been very quite in the Dev Journal forum, I think we 're about to get a 'major' media update one of these days.

    I suggested the paladin ages ago and got shouted down in the PR forums. I also thought the Avenger was planned to be introduced because the linebacker is being retired in reality? Maybe I just heard that on the server though haha.

    But again, we're limited to 32 players on a team.

    Yup PR is cluttered with assets as-is, I personally wouldn't like to see any more that, honestly, are worthless when it comes to game-play and while they're cool they just take away from the team.

    me too, as you all know i've been waiting for muttrah to come back the day they decided to take it out.........

    It would be nice to have the m4 aimpoint light up, on night maps, and or maybe even the officer or rifleman scope...it could be a added option....

    Well, I guess some new factions would be cool... But there are just too many community mods! I mean, apart from Polish people, who cares about the Polish forces. The same goes for the dutch forces. Well, that's just my opinion, if they want their ethnicity in the game so badly, let them have it.

    Only the best community mods will make it into PR and I 'm sure they will be worth it before they are included. It 's always nice to see new models (players, vehicles, weapons,...) in PR.

    You can shoot out the front of supply trucks, just sit up front with a m203
