I agree... looks like another hell for insurgents unless they get RPG 's on every block.

Agreed again. I haven't played enough insurgency to know where the caches are, if I find one cache in an entire round I 'm happy. I 've spent hours as US searching blocks on these maps and tbh I have found 1 cache myself so far. Some people seem to know exactly where the caches are, I 've played rounds on Ramiel where every cache was destroyed within minutes after it was revealed...

I don't wanna sound too negative but this really isn't the type of map I 'm waiting for. I 'd rather see another combined forces map like Kashan or Qinling.

Seriously... 2 Apaches, 2 Abrams??? I 'm pretty sure this won't be the final setup.

Karbala, huh? They should get rid of the heavy armor and replace them with Chenworths.

What, haven't you seen Three Kings?

Walter: Ma'am, STEP AWAY FROM THE CHENWORTH!

The Apache is a bad idea. It can just hover over the cache and fire its 30 down until it destroys the cache. If the ground forces have a good idea of where it is, then the Apache can fire a couple hellfire missiles down there.

People always lose the SA-7 quickly as insurgent. The Apaches should have no problem, with flares and only one responsible SA-7 insurgent out there.

This was the response when they announced there could be attack aircraft on the map, Sangin. I remember a response being that the caches could be put underground, where airstrikes of any kind cannot damage.

That's a good idea... underground tunnel system leading to them possibly?

I would like very much to see these Al Basrah tunnels...

You probably mean Korengal. I don't think the Devs will want to model a whole new set of caves, so they probably will be using some of Korengal's.

There are no caves on Al Basrah, or tunnels.. There are several rooms underground. I would not hold your breath for anything super cool like a system of tunnels or anything of that nature, on this new map.
