If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have obviously failed to plan properly.

You had me going for a second Tigger, then I realized, there was a VW logo, not the DI on the front. Although Dharma Vans would be an amusing ins vehicle.

BF3 is a good game, and when they finish it, it may even be a great game.

In what way is the good dieing?
Tows were the most overpowerd asset in the game, If you had a half competent gunner you could rape everything in the field.

Until you got hit by a lat, hat, gnat, tank shell, apc shell, mine, small or large hill, body of water, .50 machine gun, light machine gun, grenade, slam, c4, etc.

Oh yea, if the Chinese are smart, getting trapped on the wrong side of the river by two blown up bridges and a mined up land bridge.

You just need fast reflexes, and being careful. If you rush in, yeah, all those are a threat. If you hold back, the threat becomes much smaller.

Surived a L-AT, wasn't pretty though; any more damage and the HMMWV's on fire. H-ATs are only good if I'm standing still, though I've seen some pretty good shots while moving. Believe it or not, I've surived a tank shell too. It's a bug with HMMWVs and I'm not sure if it'll be addressed; pretty rare though. APCs are the absolute worst, I hate them, the ability to continue firing while I'm making my get-away is not cool, good thing they die in one shot. Mines/C4 and 2nd to worst, I have trouble seeing them and I like to drive with my map up, especially when they're set like right outside the main.

Erm, I've yet to see a team with that much timing and dedication to "trap" a HMMWV across the river. Even then, it seems unlikely to simply trap it as opposed to having the chance to kill it.

Anyways, I always saw the powerful TOW of .8 as a compensation for completely removing Q-spot, which was the old way I used to get behind tanks so efficiently. In .85, I have no Q-spot and tanks can now survive a TOW shot to the front/side (not without taking significant damage though, even tracking it), it's going to be alot tougher to operate without a scout pilot to serve as your "Q-spot".

I trap the HMMWV's its pretty good tactic too. Just blow the bridges go to the land bridge with c4s, hats or what ever.

Or if all else fails: schieß auf das fenster!

Though this would be a nice addition, but that would be turning PR too much into Arma, though it can still be done to the front of most wheeled vehicles (obviously not to Strykers and APC's.
