    Well GI Joe.. the Cannondale is my G/F's and the Specialized was a loaner from a freind.. My ride is an old Kestrel turned into a Townie.. as I live in a flat urban sprawl.. Thinking of building a road bike with gears and brakes though..

    You ride it in a flat ass town, and you think ahead.. oh and dragging your foot can slow you down pretty fast, but hopping curbs is a better way to get out of the path of a vehicle.
