Re: .75 Changes and Tips
The Two Supply Boxes needed for Bunker/Firebase placement is an amazing new feature that if used correctly will make building of assets even more dangerous to the other side.
Case in point, a tactic I've already used once.
Blackhawk flies out to location. High up on a mountain that a Command Truck would never be able to get to ever. Blackhawk drops off squad with Officer and shovels. Drops Supply Crate. Flies back to base/carrier and resupplies their Supply Crate. Flies back to previous location and drops second Supply Crate.
SL gets command permission and plops down a Firebase with all the goodies. Due to it's location firebase can not be attacked via ground forces very easily at all and yet all soldiers who spawn on the firebase can easily get down the side of the mountain. Even the Light Vehicle can get down.
Sounds like a perfect Firebase to me. I love it. Makes me wish I took a screen shot.
Only problem I foresee is getting a decent squad or team to get this done again. It helped that one of my squad was the actual Blackhawk pilot in this case..

Re: .75 Changes and Tips
The PR tips on the loading screens are useful and sometimes quite funny. Here's a few that I've seen;
"Do not stand behind a vehicle when repairing. If a tanks needs to reverse in a hurry you will be squished."
And my favourite tip - "Shooting the Blackhawks mini-guns for no reason is a great way to p*ss everyone on the server off. Please exercise restraint when gunning."

Re: .75 Changes and Tips
Here are a few chopper tip for the newly installed Huey, which is used on Jabal.
Huey are still the workhorse of the USMC, proving to be a fast transport helicopter. There are no side mounted M60's and Mini Guns so having an automatic rifleman on the side when going into a LZ is a good idea.
Be wary, these choppers are smaller and a bit more flexible than the Sea-Hawk.
1. On Jabal use the huey for what it is made for, quick insertions deep into enemy territory, use it to go to the mountains on East Beach and to drop off troops in the mountains north of West beach.
2. Not having side mounted guns makes it more vulnerable for soldiers on the ground, have troops where applicable use their three shot burst when going into a more hostile LZ i.e. when approaching the Dam do not simply go right on the the second level, this will lead to a massacre, drop troops off quickly as they pop smoke and open up with three shot bursts.
3. Helicopter squads are just not for providing transport, especially now with the huey if you have 2 or 3 men who are not flying, let them use their rifles to provide cover from the air, the suppressing fire they can lay down can be just as useful to the troops advancing and it will also allow for a quick drop off of supplies.Randy = Ace ! - Warlab

Slug shots are big and fat, used to take down deer. (No deer in PR so we use them for blasting doors.) Spreader shots are pellets that spread out, used for taking out birds.

Re: .75 Changes and Tips
That's what I was asking the question for. I was a bit confused on that and was thinking exactly the same thing. Although, the coat of arms of our Devils and their Devils show some resemblence.
I was flying CAS on 0.75 Kashan yesterday on TG, and I'd like to point out some 0.75 changes to CAS and overall fixed-winged aircraft.- All jets' cockpit windows are tinted now. It's only slightly darker in the cockpit, but flying into the sun still isn't a good idea if you have a bright monitor.
- "Sending Laser Now" was changed to "Lasing Target" for a shorter, more realistic message I'd imagine.
- Laser targets issued by the CO, SL, and Spec Ops now last 30 seconds, which gives a larger window for CAS aircraft to hit a target (previous time was 15 secs).
- On Kashan, the second wave of jets no longer exists. There can only be one F-16/MiG and one A-10/SU-25 in the air at the same time. (Please note that jets still respawn, they just don't start the 20 min. timer until the respective jet dies)
... And that's all I found out. If you've discovered something else, be sure to post it here!
