Ive played with Dark Derk Steel plenty of times. And he has a point. He tries to give some criticism and a personal opinion and he gets singled out. Way to be friendly.

But I even notice it. The 10th guys often go to the Admin channel or their own, both of which are off limit unless you're brought in or invited. Im not saying they cant and they have all the right to. Its just frustrating because Ive been in a situation where I need to tell someone something in game and it would be easier to say it then have to keep typing constantly in team chat, trying to give positions of enemies near them.

Im not trying to single anyone out, but thats just my .02 c.

Why does this always turn into a 10th thing?

There are more times than I can count where we're in the coordination channels and take the time to move players to their respective leadership channels. Give it a freaking rest, would you?

Let's be perfectly clear: every IHS has their own teamspeak channel, and they can be there if they want. It's not a public channel, and every IHS reserves the right to allow people in to their channel if they want. Deal with it.

Fact: Sometimes players hide away from weird chatter in another channel.

Solution: Nothing wrong with popping into any channel and asking if certain players would like to coordinate better in the coordination channel with you.

But the 10th channel smells so i would stay out of that one at all costs!!!

I have been lead to believe that in fact only Disposable can read and that is why he is the daddy. I have also heard that Cougar does most of the coloring and Jeepo now has his own paint set, although he still gets it all over his hands.

Ok, I've read this post long enough and said nothing, think it's about to give my 2 cents in here.

I really don't understand why people keep complaining about "bad attitude" on TG players part. A lot of things I see people complaining about happens even to Supporting Members. I like to join IHS squads too, but they're not open all the time. I like joining asset squads, but they not avaiable all the time either. I see people complaining about TG players attitude. You know what? SUCK IT UP! You're not happy with other people's behavior? Make your own squad and do it your own way. It's too easy to criticize and do nothing about it. Even though we have people paying to play on this server, it is still public, and people can act/do whatever they want the way they want on it as long as they are following the rules. "Oh, the 10th is always locked up on their squad and they're always on their TS channel, why?" Because they CAN! This doesn't make you happy? Who cares? Deal with it. For me all it matters is I know when I have one of them around, I know I'm among some good players.

Elitist you say? Well, go try another server! I'd rather play in a server with "elitist" people that has Admin coverage almost 24/7 and lots of good, teamplay oriented players than on a server with a bunch of retards TKing for helicopters and nothing happening to them. TG is not the only server you know? And it's not perfect either. Nothing is perfect, $hit happens. But for me, TG is the closest thing to perfection a PR server can be. And if you're not happy with it, well, either pick another one or do something to change it.

As for asset hogging, well, I hate it too, but there are some people that really have fun playing with some kind of vehicle available only on some maps. I used to be one of those players: if it had wings, I WANTZ IT! Used to fly all the time. I changed my attitude now, I grew to like being infantry in PR a LOT lately. But that doesn't mean I still don't want to fly here and then. I think people COULD and SHOULD learn to share too. Get the plane/TOW one round, next time you play that map leave it to someone else and go try something different. However, there's not a whole bunch we can do other than tell those people to do so but, like I said above, if they don't want to they don't have to if they're following the rules...

In a nutshell, I think some people are "looking for a needle in a haystack". A REAL problem for me would be if the server would go down all the time, or if we had a lot of bad players around screwing up gameplay and nothing happening to them. TKed on base for a vehicle? !report, insta ban most likely. Now try to "!report" on a different server and let's see how many people laugh at your face.

I'm just tired of seeing complain while things are running smooth. You don't know hell until you go there, so just try a different PR server and let's see if you won't come back to TG in a heartbeat. I didn't want to go into this discussion but I did... Oh well, SEE YOU ALL IN GAME! =)

I think you guys are looking into this a little too deeply. Im fairly new I did not know that this "always turns into a 10th thing." I just wanted to say sometimes it can be a little counter productive. Thats all. No need to get defensive. I managed to "deal with it" this long. Im sure ill survive.

Ok I admit it. Im also a asset hogging bastard. I Usualy hog the medic kit when im not leading other wise, ill hog a truck or Hummer/vodnik.

And as to IHS and admin channel off limits? Ups. Been there done that, never been yelled at.

I ate some 10th candy once.....knocked me out for a week. Had to get some medication to recover.
