Its really annoying when you have capped a flag and about to dump a bunker on it some person takes my truck and leaves. I dont care if you are transporting your whole squad maybe you should have brought your own wheels instead of stealing mine

But yes sometimes people get asset hungry...

I can confirm this. I saw some TG ordering people to get out of choppers although there was no one that had assigned the vehicles for them. That is not the proper attitude for a TG-er, especially on the opening day of a new version. This is where TG should instead stand out by maturity and fair applying of rules.

I hate to think what would have happened if Bommando was still around!

Please reveiw this thread. It won't kill you to try Squad Leading or to fill the roll of CO. Being a teamwork oriented SM can also get you far.

Let's not start a witch hunt gentlemen. If people are blatantly not following the rules, take a screenshot and send it to an admin privately. Chances are you won't be dealing with them again! I've seen a bunch of complaints in the forums about people, but I have yet to receive a PM from anyone and I've hardly seen any posts about it in the Contact and Admin forum!

Ive been seeing numerous people (Not VERY recently, but this summer at least) who join the forums, post once, and throw the TG tag on. I dont think this should be... allowed TBH.
It makes them feel like their apart of a special crowd on a higher level then everyone else..
Personally, I didnt feel comfortable being in that crowd for at least a month. Only after I knew the rules by heart, discouraged others from abusing them, and led by example did I put the tags on.

So to anyone new, The TG tag should only be used as a "non supporting member support tag"...thing... which, from what I.. decipher, it pretty much is.

Also, if people want certain assets for the round, the easiest way to do so is to write pretty much the following message in teamchat..

"Commander, this is squad x requesting asset z for the duration of the round."
and hopefully the response will be
"Squad x has first on all asset z"

Anyone takes asset z, you say you need it, you reserved it. They dont drop it, you report. Simple as that..

Anything that flys, that process has to be quick, unless you want to lose it...Many a time I have lost it.. =(

(stands at the back of the crowd whistling) Seriously, I know im an asset hog (specially air) With 0.8 now out, I am going to attempt a fresh start and try not to hog the air assets or any assets for that matter.

Follow this and you will root out the problem of those that abuse the TG tag.

It is the ony way to ensure the riddance of this.. fallacy - they totally disrespect prior TGers (including non TG regulars) who have shown a mature, humble and insightful attitude on community spirit, which is what TG is about.

Guys, if you want to use that 1337 snip3r kit or sp3c ops go to a training server. Same goes for aircraft and land vehicles. Thats what I've been doing for a whole day so I won't get the urge to go take something I'm already bored of

Something else I believe the admins are trying to say: Our tag is not to be used as a VIP pass. It is used to show that we support |TG| and its believes (ie: primer).
