Probably
One should try building a bunker by dropping a SL out of a chopper so he deploys it in mid-air then land on it and have riflemen with shovels to build it in mid-air.

It doesnt work like that. The placement logic for rally points and bunkers/assets is completely different. Rally points are placed automatically at the SL's feet, wherever those feet may be. Bunkers/assets are placed exactly 5m forward from the placer's position on the ground. So sure, you could place a bunker mid-air, but it would land on the ground below you.
