I need to say one more thing, and I want everyone to read and absorb this carefully before you start another thread on the subject (which will be subsequently locked):
We as admins can not/will not/have no need to do anything about team switching. It's a game people, and you can't have an even team 100% of the time. If it gets uneven deal with it, in a few rounds you'll have a new player set anyways. Admins are here to monitor and enforce the rules on the server, not to spoon-feed players and decide what team people should be on according to their skills.
