I was strictly wondering if you have to be a supporting member to quote "be invited to be an admin"?

Yes. Admins are chosen carefully and are usually players who have been active in our community for a very long time, so if you are interested in becoming an admin try to get to know all the regulars a bit more and hang around for a while
