Re: jets with m&k
Yeah, landing on a busted up runway isn't as hard as it should be. I've landed an A-10 on a runway that was at least 50% busted up.
Landing a J-10 on a busted runway, however. is amazing.

Re: jets with m&k
One thing that has helped me for landing is to use your down arrow key. Once you start gliding in and no longer have enough speed to gain altitude, usually at around 600-700kph, press your down arrow key to pitch the nose up as much as possible (if you don't have a joystick, its the easiest way to input nose up at 100%). This will make you bleed off speed very fast and you will usually touch down rear wheels first.
For the record: KB+Mouse > Joystick

Re: jets with m&k
Note for safety: The J-10 litterally drops out of the sky at <600 (From what I remember.... yes, Ive hit the close fence on some training approaches....)
But yes, when Im about 50 feet up and away from the runways end, I drop throttle and tilt up nose. This slows you down enough to land (safely).
Please note that this is all from memory, and that I havnt played the game in 42 days. I havnt played any computer game in 42 days.....
Oh wow, my existance is meaningless....

Edit/P.S. And Lol @ Waldo. I remember when I first landed a J10. I was running fraps to look over why I cant land that thing and what I do wrong... then I landed 6 times perfectly, once that pilots would have asked me to get out, and then 4 more times before I esplodeded.
Ahhh, memories..|TG-Irr|Sirsolo since 18OCT08.
