bjoffe - just butcher away, doesn't make a difference as long i understand who you're adressing.
It wasn't meant pronunciation outside norwegian borders in the first place, and i've used it for very many years. No way north Americans will ever get it 'right', i've only heard balkans say it close to how scandinavs say it..
