It have to come out soon gunner have started acting weirder then usual, its kind of scarry. I have also just found out that 15 year olds are really F***ed up. Waiting for 0.8 is making people weird

Seems as though someone leaked a link to 0.8 in the PR forums. Got shut down but a few managed to snatch it. If they even attempt to join the server can you deal with them. It's pretty out of order.

That happens in the game world when you promise the gamers something and then fail to deliver (even with a free product, believe it or not). Not sure if this is FP dropping the ball or some other reason, but this "exclusive" is getting less and less exclusive by the minute. Not sure when the "real" release will be, but if it's at midnight then we're currently looking at a measley 12 hour head start (EST) IF it was released in the next 10 minutes.

What really sucks is that the server is already upgraded leaving those of us with the day off no way to play .75 OR .8! I guess it's time for a few new hobbies? hehe

Torrent a password file in advance is the way to go... then you only need to release the password when you're ready for everyone to play. People can download without eating up bandwidth from one source, and the files are all downloaded and ready to install when it goes "live". Looks like that got yanked though, kinda makes you wonder doesn't it?

Oh well... at least I'll get a few days in with .8 before Spore comes out

I'm leaving for three days in an hour. I was hoping that I could wait in the line for however long it takes, then start the download before I leave. Then when I get back, it would be finished and I could just install it.

Grrrr....

Nah, they all just live in Honolulu AND sleep till 5 P.M. (Only 11 more hours till we can download !)

Fileplanet is absolutely horrible on a good day. Worst download site out there in my opinion but you've gotta accept what you have...

Hell, I'd prefer downloading from rapidshare even with all the wait times and crap there (and slow speeds) considering the file would actually go up and not be forgotten about and you won't have to wait for 10 hours for the download to start!
