Negative. The ribbons guy (who will not be named because he doesnt need to be and probably doesnt want anyone bombarding his actual TG account with PMs about ribbons) is in charge of distributing the ribbons, organizing the ribbon lists and putting votes to the individual admin teams when nominations are submitted. So basically the process looks like this: you submit a nomination, ribbons reads and checks it, submits it to the correct admin team for votes. if voted yes, Ribbons compiles the awardees on spreadsheets and other software for use with the automated ribbon system (when its functional again), then presents the awards every tuesday in the awards forum.
