Re: Cap Radius - Mestia / Sunset City
Mestia might be more fun if the only 2 flags in the map now were the East & West towers. Supply depot and Munitions are out of the way and kind of boring in comparison.

Supply is awesome! Ollie led a whole squad in there, set a rally under the Militia noses and held for twenty minutes under constant assault. They even had a bunker outside!

Thing is .House, the towers are in the flag cap radius. The cap areas are so large that you can pick what area you want to exist in. Let them come to your strong point, weather that be the tower, hunting shack, main road, or even the munintions plant

Either way, I still like Mestia. Just very interesting how the cap radius changes have developed the game play. As for Sunset, I really liked it the old way better. Seems like a shooting fest rather than a map for any tactics with the new cap radius being so large.

Re: Cap Radius - Mestia / Sunset City
Last time I played Sunset my team had the flag for the entire round and still lost. We had like 2000 more points than the enemy due to all the flag defends, and still lost. I'd really like to see another flag, where if one team gets both flags the other team gets a very light ticket bleed, like one ticket every 30 seconds. That would help balance things out immensely.

Re: Cap Radius - Mestia / Sunset City
On Sunset if you can get a squad or two right on the flag while the others sweep around and set up a good defence, you usually win. It's about having most bodies on the flag fastest. The bleed is fast with 100 tickets.
Mestia is a fun and open map. As attackers i would send the whole team to cap one flag first, then work from there. Flag rad is big so more bodies the faster the flag falls.

Re: Cap Radius - Mestia / Sunset City
When will a flag change colour if both sides have bodies on the flag? Do you need to have twice as many men or does the enemy need to have less than 3?
Does it matter if you are closer to the flag?
