FYI, Team Chat is meant to communicate about in game situations, because not every player has access to TS, and if you said "Dispo there is a tank south of your position" or if you gave the grid reference when you typed, I bet he would see it or if he missed it, a squadmate would and relay that information over squad comms, or someone in the TS channel that he was in would relay the information. Heck he might be in the Admin channel.
It's that simple.
