The only good squad leader... is ANY squad leader!

... at least compared to having no Squad Leaders that is. The simple fact is that you can never have enough willing squad leaders. Good Leaders, Bad Leaders, and even Ugly Leaders (Charity_Case I'm lookin' at you, you big lug you ). A good SL might be more beneficial than a bad one, sure. But I'd take 1 bad SL who is actually running a squad over 5 great SL's who aren't actually leading.

NOTE: It may seem here that I'm trying to slight SL's who don't lead. I am not. Just trying to hammer home that any SL is a good SL compared to no SL.

We did that in a tournament game. The air coverage was so sucessful, they didnt have enough targets so we lasered infantry as we saw them

Small tip for you: if you find a good SL don't tell anyone about it, that way you have more chance of getting into his squad when hes playing.

(Only exception to that rule is if hes so great you that you should nominate him for SL ribbon)

it aint about being a good sqaud leader or not, being squad leader can be tough when you first tryin out, and when your experianced and things aint going to well, the only reason i have ever done ok as a squad leader is because of the help from the rest of the squad. I think that all you can do is support them as best you can,
