Unable to create a local server?

I have been unable to create a local server, training or deployment in .856 due to the lack of maps showing up in the create screen. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue would be appreciated.

I dont think you can host a local training server. Im pretty sure its online only for training. Thats what the training tab is for above deployment. And more then 75% of the server online are empty anyway.

Do you really want invincible bears running around raping your churches and burning your women?

I think in the drop down menu you have to select training.

Hootie - this is the solution to the problem:

Q: I have no maps when I try to create a server.

A: First, ensure that you have downloaded PR 0.85 Levels. If you have and have installed it, you need to edit the following file, use notepad or similar to open: "Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\<profile>\General.con" (where <profile> is the number of your profile, as seen in the order of the login screen, 0001 being the first in the list). Once you have opened that file, edit the line "GeneralSettings.setUseBots" and change the 1 to a 0. Save, and you should be fine.

What? All you have to do is click AAS on the drop down menu, then select it again.
