    Well it is confusing...

This part is not mentioned in the rules.

    In stead:

    2. BluFor forces may not fire into a mosque area with a permanent spawn point as this mirrors real-life ROE. Camping outside a mosque spawn point for the purpose of racking up easy kills is also prohibited.
    4. Units firing out of the main onto enemy forces may receive return fire, otherwise you are not to fire into the enemy main base to spawn kill

I've put into bold the important parts. First, a mosque with a permanent spawn is considered a main.
I hope you understand my misinterpretation, but I thought a Mosque was considered a main as you mentioned so I thought rule 4 would apply to it as well.

I added the following to the rules to clarify our position on firing into a mosque:

    ", ever,"

This is key in the base-rape argumentation to me. It is just more fun to have a whole team fight it out on the battlefield, than designating a good chunk of your team to base defence. It has been the same argument for years and years in vanilla. It's just morefun to have the whole team fighting instead of >1/5 of your team in the base, waiting IN CASE the insurgents attack.

Another point is actually spawning in the main and getting shot in about one second, before you even know up from down. This is happening at the moment, and it was one of the big reasons main base camping was disallowed in vanilla.

Just re-iterating that I hope this will be changed back to the old vanilla tg habits. On some maps it is okay, but other maps are quite ruined if the insurgents want it. Among these are Karbala, and Operation archer.
