    yesterday i killed a friendly apc with a hat..

    i guess you all know the incident.. it was on al kufra.
    it was a accident, and purly my fault.

    there is no excuse, had a bad day, i was tired and didnt pay any attention, i play long enough that this shouldn't happen.. yet it did

    i dont know who i TK but would like to appologize, and give a chance to joke and bash me around on this thread.

    im really sorry.
    hope it wont happen again.

    Salvation it happens, after playing PR for over a year I shot a friendly CO truck with HAT despite having plenty of time to ID it. Sadly for all concerned the CO was driving lol! Wasn't easy explaining that one away.

    Yeah, you don't know ashamed until you've TKed a whole freindly armour convoy of 2 tanks 1 APC and 1 AAV.

    Darn enemy lazes...

    I did that in a scrim once, there was some enemy apc somewhere round there but that wasnt it

    If you try to veer it away at the last moment, the rocket is guided


    If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have obviously failed to plan properly.

    It's happened to me before, usually when I'm tried or been playing too long and a new round has started so I'm now playing the faction that was the enemy the pervious round.

    That's nothing on me blowing up a friendly cache on Ramiel with an IED. **** happens, at least you are man enough to own up to an honest mistake.

    i already crashed a chopper into 2 fully loaded trucks, but not on the tg servers, guess what, 2 sec later i was banned for tks over 10 people..... connection problem can be a pain in the ass sometimes.



    i also used the lat on friendly vehicles a few times. this will happen and theres nothing you can do about it

    I accidentally TK'd wreckingcrew yesterday with a HAT; he was driving a logi truck in front of our lines, so I assumed wrong at that distance. it happens to all of us at one time or another it seems.

    Quite honestly, if there's a tank or APC or something that suddenly popped over the hill in front of me, and I didn't know it was coming, or didn't see it on the map before and I have a HAT or something out, it'd be shoot first and ask questions later.. =P

    Salvation, don't worry accidents happen we have all done it somewhere or another in BF2.....we have all accidently killed a teammate by either bullets or AT Rounds etc....keep your head up you did a good job last night, and I hope no one gave you a hard time about it after you apologized in game and on TS.

    My favourite teamkill was while using a light machine gun from a semi-permanent position, I think it was on a flat topped ridge. I was putting down suppression and I see that one of my squaddies wants to pass in front of my firing line. I stop firing and tell him to cross, then blow him away with a five round burst out of a kind of nightmare twitch reflex. Then proceeded to do the same for the medic who came to revive him!

    We all make stupid mistakes, but it was good of you to apologise here.
