Pwn3ge knock it off with them negative waves. Why don't you dig how how insightful and helpful it is? Say something righteous and hopeful for a change.

Tonka, I would also suggest adding this to the helicopter topic thread in the PR tactics forum.Randy = Ace ! - Warlab

Re: Yet again, another helicopter thread.
Plus, troops on the side of the LB's are exposed, and well if the missile hit the flare and detonated right next the area where you turned, the blast radius is large enough to kill those which are troops exposed.

Re: Yet again, another helicopter thread.
Well, that happens. You just need to take advantage of the LB's mobility and try to dodge the missiles as best as possible and land as quickly as possible.

Re: Yet again, another helicopter thread.
I figured that this thread was still relevant to our newest release. I was talking about .756 at the time, but I figure it can still be applied in some form or another to our heli pilots today.

Re: Yet again, another helicopter thread.
Dont know if anyone already said this, but when you are the pilot you need to know how to MANAGE YOUR ASSET! if a squad needs trans you will land where you will NOT CRASH and the squad WILL move to that location because when you pick em up where their standing and the area is not stable and you crash. U will be called a nub by them. by the way im not a pilot but i have been in squads where we stand in a bumpy area and the heli comes to pick us up but crashes and is then know as a nub.
