AK74U is what i voted for, but my favorite is any of my beloved marksman rifles. I also dont mind the buckshot on the insurgent shotguns can be funny to camp a door and shoot everyone who walks in.

Hmm, this is a hard one. I chose the L85 mainly for its badass bayonet. But I'm rather partial to the QBZ-95 too. I love the little "ker-chick" sound it makes when you pull the charging handle. Then again, I dislike the raspy sound the QBZ makes when fired. By far, the best animations are for the M4 and M16, the animated ejection port is friggin sweet, and I like how the empty mag drops when reloading (even if it is unrealistic). If it had a 1P29 scope, the AK-47/AKM would probably be my weapon of choice for its good stopping power and controlability. But since it doesn't, it just ties the G3 for the cleanest iron sights award. And the crappy sight award goes to the M68 (Aimpoint) cause it (ironically) hogs all my screen space.
My all-time, totally most favorite weapon has got to be the Skorpion, hands down
.

I can't stand the Skorpion. I use my pistol in a pinch, and the Skorpion takes far too long to deploy as opposed to the near instantaneous pistol.

M16/M4 w/ ACOG is the best all round rifle in the game imo. It doesn't excel in any area but can be used at every range and perform well with both burst and single shot being useful. No other scoped rifle is as versatile.
The G3 is amazing with ironsights at close range and long range with scope but this is situational.
I don't like the L85 w/ sights scope and it's useless on auto. The ironsights version is awesome though. The bayonet does take a while to attach compared to just flicking a knife out though which can be really annoying since I'm so used to the amount of time this normally takes, it screws up my attacks a lot of the time.
I don't see why everyone gets so wet over the L85, how often do you see the Brits winning Asad Khal....
QBZ is ok but used to be really awesome, I rate it slightly higher than the L85.

L85 gotta love the CHOK CHOK sound it makes when fired, very hollow and cheap sounding lol. No best all round weapon in the game imo. Feels accurate at long range, easy and quick to use, easily controlled on full auto, good optics, sweet iron sights and the bayonet.
Partial to the M4 too but burst is weak, too inaccurate in comparison to the full auto when you take in to account the advantage the full auto weapons have in CQB.
QBZ is ok all round, optics are too cluttered for my liking and I dislike the ironsights version. Decent on full auto and at range but sounds crummy when fired.
G3, good and bad, monstrous at mid to long with optics due to the stopping power but a little unwieldy at close range even with iron sights. I know you can use it in CQB but it looks so unrealistic because of the exagerrated recoil, all these people running around shooting at people's feet at distances of 5 m or less so they can walk the rounds on to the target from the ground up, riding the recoil.
AK74 SU, the minigun, brilliant fun, nice ironsights and so stupidly accurate on full auto compared to most of the other weapons that it's almost like cheating.
AK47 with optics, love it, especially the bad ass black Russian version. Headshot machine at medium range, can rock and roll full auto 7.62 rounds at close.TG PR Admins: Fighting for YOU on the frontlines in the War on Stupidity.

What's the the QBZ hate? You guys are gonna hurt that gun's feelings.
Oh yeah, the Chechyan kit with the AK47 with the bayonet is a monster. Not only can you stab people in the face after shooting his buddy 300m away. But then you can chuck your RKG-3 at his Supply truck.
That also reminds me...People completely underestimate/misuse the RKG. That thing will tear up humvees and supple trucks as good as an RPG can. By the size of the thing, you could club somebody to death with it too.
