Re: Bayonets aren't totally useless!
Ive only ever used my bayonet twice. I killed one guy when we both ran out of ammo, that was pretty sweet. The second wasn't so good.
I got hit by a tank who shot their main gun at me (not sure why...but anyways) I was in the middle of a forest clearing and so had no chance of running to cover, I had run out of ammo for my gun and was bleeding badly. I noticed the tank was smoking and so thought 'what the hay' and bayoneted it...it ran me over. =(

Re: Bayonets aren't totally useless!
i do like bayonettes... pure blood rush:
although its not brits vs rebels but chechen vs russians
i do have a ping > 110 on TG but they were so perfectly lined up and distraced (suppressing comrades) that i though shooting would draw too much attention

before...

after...

mad charging the last guy... he got me (friends cleared him out when he started reviving ppl)
ps: <3 my resolution (sucks for posting though)

Re: Bayonets aren't totally useless!
SKS bayonet > L85 bayonet
Because it's already mounted meaning you can switch and use it immediately while with the L85 you lose time putting it on.
