I think it's best if we kept ribbon nominations private.

Awesome, I didn't know that. Either way though, my gunner didn't score any kills that round.

I was in that round on the US team, sucked... I had my squad rush south bunkers to find later that nobody even bothered to take north village and we had an apc firing at us, ended up dieing. Went back to north bunkers to build a FOB b/c we finally had 1 squad taking north village, but they were apparently wiped out by some MEC tank squad which the same squad/different MEC tank squad later wiped my squad and FOB out. It was not a good round for US players on that map... lol.

Yeah, verbally report it. Otherwise you'll get a similar or exact situation to this:

Me and my driver pull up (he was a decent driver, it was late, or for americans, dawn time) onto a hill, and we spotted a T-72 (we were in an abrams on Kashan). We had a perfectly good shot on the tank, and I aimed for the tracks. I hit, and I KNOW I hit the tracks. However my driver just shouted into VOIP "YOU MISSED", popped smoke and ruined the opportunity to finish off that tank. Even after I said I didn't.

I have proper reason to believe I hit too:

*The enemy tanker seemed to pull away (I could just see under the smoke) towards base, suggesting he was badly damaged (hitting a tank in the tracks will kill it in 2 AP shots).

*I saw that projectile, it hit straight into the tracks.

A little lesson to drivers too, wait for your gunner to confirm hit BEFORE pulling back unless you are certain that it is incredibly dangerous to stay exposed for much longer. Otherwise you ruin a chance to take a large (usually) amount of tickets from the enemy and cost them an asset.
