Check out www.realitymod.com . The download section should contain the files you need, and there is information there on the forums as to how to install the game. Download the core client, the levels and the current patch. You will not need to install every previous patch one by one.
If you encounter any problems or have any further questions, I'm fairly certain you'll get them answered at http://www.realitymod.com/forum/f27-pr-support . That forum also contains a full installation guide.
