A better idea would be to not try to figure out who other people are when you are incognito. So if I ended up in a squad with Fighter I would not say 'Hey is that you Fighter? It's me snooggums signed in as squirrel_bait!'
Basically if everyone did it and didn't try to turn it into a guessing game it would work well.

I was going to get cpt_fancy_pants but that one was taken to I do have a great incognito name and hopefully the people that know it have forgotten it.
